Terms and Conditions
All pat testing work will be carried out according to the Institute of Electrical Engineers (lEE) Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.
RedRat PAT Testing will not test any equipment which is indented for supply to a third party. All equipment made available for supply to a third party at any time after being tested by RedRat PAT Testing will null and void the test results.
RedRat PAT Testing accepts no liability for Injury, loss or damage, for appliances that are not made available or are inaccessible during the agreed pat testing / inspection period.
The customer shall ensure that any critical information or data has been protected / backed up prior to the start of inspection and testing.
RedRat PAT Testing provides public liability insurance. No liability is accepted for business interruption, loss of data or business information, losses to business related services or loss to business profits.
RedRat PAT Testing accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage to appliances that are found to be faulty before or after pat testing.
All PAT Testing is carried out solely at the appliance owner's risk.
Payment is due strictly within 7 days from date of invoice.
The ownership of test results remains the property of RedRat PAT Testing until all invoices are paid.
Extra results can obtained from RedRat PAT testing for a small administration fee.
A test Certificate and asset report log will be issued after testing and once we are in receipt of cleared funds and any outstanding invoices are paid in full.

We only collect the information we need such as name, company name, limited address details, email address and phone number.
We do NOT store any credit card or bank details you may have provided.

Customer Services: If you are a client, we may use your information to contact you about you reserving our service or if you need any assistance such as technical support.

Please note that if you unsubscribe from our data base RedRat PAT Testing will not be able to contact you in the future which means you may miss out on vital information.

Whether it’s to get your opinion about current and new services, our website and how we can try to make it better, we can only make it better with your opinions in mind. We do not store your card details or payment information on our systems under any circumstance.
